Steve took 3 weeks to create a logo that I designed in advance. He asks for payment in full after 30 days citing client's non-performnce. After payment, he refuses to finish work, cancels pre-arranged meetings at the last minute and does not return phone calls. After 9 months and 90 e-mails, only 20% of site is worked on. I won a judgment in small-claims court again Steve and his company. Please find out the full details of my experience before contacting this artist. Thanks. September 21st, 2011. (310) 592-1843
