The owner JD was involved from the first call. Being a small company I felt like I received that extra service and attention to detail that I don't get from a big company. JD was here to do the bid. He was here to supervise the cleaning and he was back the same day I called to do touch up to the carpet to make it perfect. I can't say enough positive about this company. If you want great care and excellent service this is the place to go for carpet cleaning. I urge you to cal JD before you try one of the better known large companies give JD a try first you won't be disappointed and his price was the best of the bids I received.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. HE ARRIVED AT THE DESIGNATED TIME, THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR, AND I FELT COMFORTABLE LEAVING A KEY FOR HIM. THE CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW AND AS LONG AS I HAVE TWO KIDS, A DOG AND A CAT, COTTAGE N CASTLE WILL BE AN ANNUAL TRADITION.
Description of Work: MY PARENTS ORIGINALLY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ME AND THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME HIRING THEM. I NEEDED THE CARPETS CLEANED IN FOUR ROOMS; OF THE FOUR, TWO WERE REALLY STAINED AND SOILED.

THEY WERE SUPER NICE TO MY WHOLE FAMILY. MY GRANDMA FROM CUBA WAS HERE AND SHE ONLY SPEAKS SPANISH AND HER AND THE GUY HAD A LONG CONVERSATION AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: THEY FIRST CAME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, THEN AROUND TWO DAYS LATER, THEY CAME BACK AND CLEANED OUR CARPET FOR CHRISTMAS.
