Real Estate Service
Dennis and his team are very good at managing both the property and the tenants. They will take care of any repairs as time goes on and can handle the cleaning and repairs needed in between tenant. They collect the rents,pay the utilities and handle any evictions that, unfortunately do happen from time to time. They handle screening and selecting, with my input all new tenants. I highly recommend Cornerstone Properties for any property management service you need.
