My windows provided by Cliff's Discount Glass, have leaked since their initial installation. Cliff's has attempted to correct the leaking by installing copious layers of unsightly caulking. The windows still leak. Cliff's has ceased returning my phone call, emails and has refused Certified Mail I sent by USPS.
Two contractors have informed me that Cliff's failed to properly consider the existing conditions prior to selling me his product. Prior to work done by Cliff's I had leaking windows  (on the 2nd floor), after the work, I still have leaking windows (now on the first floor as well as the second floor), but have expended $6,175 from which I have received no material gain. I also have suffered additional damages in the excess of the purchase price. These include water damage to the existing finishes and carpeting, loss of use of my residence and additional costs required to correct the leaking. I would like a full refund of my money.
Response from CLIFF'S DISCOUNT GLASS
"Regarding her window installation, according to her false accusations. We the staff of Cliff's Discount Glass Co. have repeatedly tried to satisfy her by applying sealant around windows as well as water testing window and found no leaks. She does not want to acknowledge that she had a service water damage entering her walls. We have photos to prove it. Cliff-Cliff's Discount Glass CO."

I was very happy with Cliff's rapid response to my need to replace louver hardware on a window right away. I called Cliff's on a Friday morning around 10 am to ask if they could replace the hardware for a louvered window in a shower. The shower was being re-tiled, and when the new tiles were started on Thursday we could see that the hardware was old and discolored and some of the wood in the window was rotten. Cliff's Glass had someone out to the house in about 20 minutes to take the measurements, and Cliff called me about 30 minutes later to tell me the cost of installation. I dropped a deposit off later in the day and he told me he expected the hardware to come in Monday afternoon. He called me around 8:30 Monday morning, and by 10 am, the hardware was installed. Ray, the fellow from Cliff's was very nice, and even put up new wood cut by the contractor working on the shower. Cliff's Glass work was so rapid that the people working on the shower did not lose any time.
