Kelly from Castle Plumbing was phenomenal from start to finish. He came out to assess the issue, told us the problem, quoted us a price, and was back quickly to fix the leak. He showed me the broken pipe he had fixed and charged us exactly what he had quoted. He was in and out in about an hour, and it was not an easy space to work in under the house. Kelly was very responsive on the telephone, and he was super professional and polite! We will be hiring him to install a tankless water heater for our house. Great service!!

I had water leaking from my house onto the front porch, Kelly came out and discovered that my water lines were leaking. We set up a date and time to start the repiping, and everything went very well. Used new Pex piping underneath the house and into walls to supply each fixture, installed new shut off valves and stainless steel water supply lines to all sinks,toilets, washing machine and water heater, connect onto existing shower valves in wall, and patch all holes to a rough finish. Kelly is professional and friendly, came on time and cleaned up every day before leaving, taking all trash and old pipes with them. I will definitely hire him again for any future repairs, he was a pleasure to work with!

great. I called about 1:00 pm. and Kelly Castillo was here about 4:30 as he promised. Did a great job. He cleaned up the entire tub. good price which didn't vary from his quote on the phone. I would definitely use Kelly's company Castle Plumbing again. And would recommend them to all.

Excellent. Both Kelly and his assistant were very polite. They brought their own shoe covers and they cleaned everything when done.

They were prompt for an estimate (I got two other estimates) and prompt for the installation. They answered completely all questions re. the need for my new water heater (12 years old). During the estimate, I decided a tank water heater would be best and they did not try to sell me anything else. I did check about a tankless, with all estimates, but I decided to stick with the tank. The installation and haul-away went well and fast and we were operational within 45 minutes of arrival. New gas line and delivery lines also installed including a new pan. It's been working great since. Total cost for 40 gallon unit (including Angies list discount) was a little over $1500.00. Yep, I would call on them again for my plumbing needs.

Kelly is very professional, returns your calls quickly, leaves everything clean. Kelly has done several plumbing jobs for me including replacing main water shutoff valve, sprinkler shutoff valve, fixed 2 botched bathroom faucet installations from well known hardware store, installed 2 new toilets, replaced shower and bathtub faucets.

They delivered and installed the toilet that we picked out. They were professional, courteous, and timely. I will use them again, and I would recommend them.

Kelly responded very quickly to our urgent request for help after discovering a pipe leak under the foundation slab of our house in Pasadena. He offered the option of a copper repipe or a PEX repipe and explained the advantages and disadvantages of both. We went with a PEX repipe. His team of workers worked on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job within a week. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up their equipment at the end of each day. The repipe involved three sinks, two toilets, a water heater one fridge outlet, one shower, one bath and a washing machine outlet. Pipes were run through the attic and the walls. The patch up of the walls was done very neatly. The city inspector found no problems and praised the quality of the work. We were very impressed with the company's speed and quality of the workmanship.

Unfortunately, that was the last we heard from Mr. Kelly Castillo, over ten days ago. He never sent an estimate. He never telephoned. He never emailed. We've heard nothing from him. It is inconceivable to us that Mr. Castillo would not make contact with us again to review the many suggestions he made as to repairs. We are at a loss as to understand why he failed to be in touch.. We regret leaving such a negative response. All workers through Angie's List have been excellent and professional, but this is surely the very first time in all our dealings with Angie's List that a contractor of any kind vanished without a word. Perhaps he went out of business.

It went well. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Due to the small configuration of our kitchen sink and splash guard, the choice of faucet models was limited. He chose the right one and it looks great.

It turned out to be a bigger job than we thought. We had to have part of the sewer line replaced due to roots from a large tree that was right above the sewer line. Kelly was always very professional and arrived when scheduled. He and his crew did an excellent job. We ended up having more work done due to complications with the water pipes and now everything is working great! I would recommend Castle Plumbing as they will take care of small jobs and also can tackle the large jobs. Their price is reasonable.

the handle of the toilet in the main bath had broken several times in the 3 years we'd had it (flipped house, new toilets) then the inner components broke as well, so we called castle plumbing based on reviews. kelly called me back immediately and we set up the appointment for the next morning. we also knew we were getting close to the end of the hydro-jet service we'd had a couple years prior, so i asked him to do that while we had a plumber here, anyway. this was was supremely fortuitous as the ENTIRE HOUSE backed up that morning. after they'd rooted the lines to clear them ($160 of our bill), kelly took a look at the toilet. when he saw the brand, he said that it was one that ONLY took ITS OWN parts and they had to be special ordered, at a cost of about $150 and a wait of at least a week. since the handle had already broken 3x (at about $20 each time, plus going to home depot and doing the change) i asked how much a brand new, installed toilet would be. he gave me a price of $295-$500 depending on the model, which i thought was fair. i chose one in the middle and we made the appointment for two days later to install it. kelly came back and installed that quickly and easily. i got a 10% discount for angie's list so the total was $545 i was impressed with his professionalism, his demeanor, and the fact that he was super aware of my very-fearful puppy (i know that sounds like it's a non-starter, but those kinds of things are important to a home owner when they're having service people in the house) i'd highly recommend him and would use castle plumbing again.

Couldn't be more pleased with Castle Plumbing. We have a drought tolerant front yard with several well established plants that I was afraid would be destroyed. The team carefully raked back all of the mulch, carefully cut through the weedblock, then laid down tarps to capture all of the dirt they had to dig up. Once finished there was hardly any evidence they had been there. The care they took on my property as well as the fact they made themselves next day service was very, very much appreciated. I wasn't able to be at the house while the work was done, but I was provided with photos throughout the day detailing the work they were doing. Great company to work with!
