We never even considered a different realtor the 2nd time -- Cariy was great both times!

I have used Cariy as both a buyer's and seller's agent and have been very happy to have done so! When it comes to selling, I think she really knows a lot about staging and what goes into making a house inviting to buyers and her twilight open houses with delicious food and cookies definitely bring buyers in! But she is not just a hostess, she is a knowledgeable agent with many years experience who knows how to market properties and can negotiate on your behalf and give you sound and practical advice about repairs and inspections, etc. If you are on the buyer's side, you'll find she has tons of energy and keeps your spirits up during the fun but stressful process of trying to buy in a tight market.

She exceeded my expectations

We found Cariy at one of the open houses she was hosting. We are so fortunate to have had her as our agent. We were probably not the easiest people to deal with because we were so picky, but throughout our process, she was extremely patient, gave us her honest opinions, and listened to all of our concerns. She is very knowledgeable of the area, well connected, and responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Once our offer was accepted, she was with us every step of the way. From the inspection, the appraisal, the loan approval, she was in constant communication with us. We are so happy to have finally found our home, and so grateful to Cariy for helping us.

The home I'm in now is my 3rd and she is my 3rd realtor. After that experience, I know she will be my forever realtor. She is very well-informed, knowledgeable and fair. She is very responsive, as well. It's been 2 years since I am in my home and I still reach out to her for advice - design ideas, contacts, etc. Working with Cariy definitely makes the entire selling or buying experience less stressful and more manageable.

Cariy is fantastic!  She understood what we wanted, even though we changed our minds over time.  She was very patient and accommodating.  She helped us see the potential that some properties had and pointed out issues that we would not have thought of on own own.  Because of some family circumstances we had to step back from the process a couple times.  She was so understanding that it made those decisions a little less painful.  It took us a lot longer than we thought to find the right house (through no fault of Cariy's), but at no time did we feel pressured by her to jump into a sale.  When we finally found the “one” she was on it!  She was great in helping us negotiate, figuring out what to offer, and then helping us in making sure that we had the best chance possible to get the house that we wanted.  Because of our work schedule, she helped us so much during the inspection process.  She set up a number of the inspections and was present for each one.  With Cariy, it doesn’t just stop at the hand-over of keys.  She kept in touch to see if we needed help with moving, needed help in getting the house ready, i.e., secure painters, and even offered to be at our house during a repair that was learned of prior to moving in.  We felt so comfortable with Cariy that it felt more like a friend helping us find a house rather than just a “realtor”.  She sincerely cared about us, what we wanted, and wanted the best possible outcome for us.

buyer's agent in 2012 and the seller's agent for my good friend in 2016.  We both had the same positive experience.  Cariy is prepared,
organized, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, unflappable.  She guided me through the inevitable surprises that arise in a property
transaction.  Cariy saved me a great deal of time by interacting directly with inspectors, contractors, repair people; she was truly my agent.  She gave great advice in negotiating resolutions to problems and guided me to making a realistic and successful purchase offer. 
Explanations were clear and thorough. And, on top of all that, a really nice person!
