Manicures/Nails
No appointment is required, and they are open 7 days a week. I do have to make an appointment with Jolene, as she is very popular. Clients at C & L are of all ages & ethnic backgrounds. Everyone is welcome. They always decorate for holidays, and the staff bring in home cooked Vietnamese dishes several times a year, which they share with clients.
