Burke Williams

Always is a great experience at BW. I usually wait to get an email special and then I go in for my massage but make it a and quot;spa dayand quot; and just use all the free amenities for several hours!!

My wife and I had a massage there are it was wonderful. Their spa facilities were clean and they provided everything you could think of from tooth brushes to shaving cream!

This is my favorite spa in Los Angeles. I've been going to the facility for years and haven't found another location that offers the same and quot;spaand quot; experience in all of LA (other than the chain locations - although, I think Pasadena by far has the best facility/ambiance). The massages are generally good - although, I think you can get equivalent services at less expensive locations around LA. What makes Burke Williams worth the price tag is the amenities that they offer. The steam room, sauna, and spa are top notch. Very clean and well maintained. It's very difficult to find a spa in LA that offers these types of extras - which are great for special occasions.

Usually when I get a facial I leave the spa with a very red and scary looking face, and I always think about Legally Blonde 2 where Elle says that a good facial should leave you looking that way.
Well...I went to Burke Williams and got their nourishing facial since my skin is SO dry. I left looking better after than when I went in! So I am pretty sure Elle was wrong, and never went to Burke Williams.
I LOVE that Nourishing Facial. My mom and sister are coming into town next week and I suggested that they both get it...so they are!

Burke Williams is a spa, so it matters which technician I get or whoever is free. They don't give certificate. It is really nice and very elegant but it's not something I normally do. Overall experience is really nice. I would surely use their services again in the future.

Fabulous! I"ve been seeing Leticia for years and she is truly a great esthetician! She is extremely personable and does what is best for your personal skin type. I've recommended her to all my friends and will continue to come back month after month. Ambiance is great and luxurious with all amenities needed.

The ambiance is very professional and high-end. It's expensive, but you're paying for not only the masssage but the amenties (ie. spa, sauna, fully stocked toiletries). The only thing you really need to bring is a change of clothes. Everything else they have there, which is so convenient. The vanity areas are beautiful and are also well supplied with a variety of beauty aids (hair spray, mousse, gel, serum, hair dryer, curler). My masseuse was Aida - she is fabulous and incredibly strong. I like a very strong massage (similar to deep tissue) and she is the best I've ever had! I would go back to see her in a heart beat. Great place to go for a bridal shower or on a special occasion.

Waited briefly before being ushered into the pedicure room. Aesthetician did an excellent job, using sterilized packaged utensils. Loved the paraffin wax.

The employees are very professional and really nice. Its affordable, but they do amazing and top quality work. The facility is very clean and up to date. The scheduling is easy to work with, and they fix any problems that might happen. There are al ot of specials that are a big plus, and they send coupons that are a great deal.

The entire environment feels "VIP" - from the greeting, to the escorting to the locker room, to the "quiet room" and pool and steam room, it's a great environment to relax and relieve stress. The massage was quiet and respectful. It took a while to get an appointment time, but everyone was very courteous and friendly.
