I called Bubbles, They had someone out within an hour. We went under my house, and after a half hour or so, the tech found the leaking pipe. He capped it off, and that problem was fixed. The price was a little high to cap off a pipe, but given the situation I was glad to pay it.

All went well!

My wife & I needed to have our house re-piped and were recommended to Bubbles Plumbing by a neighbor who has worked with Richard on several occasions. Richard and his team replaced all our copper pipes with upgraded material on time and on budget. His team also took special care to clean up at the end of each day since we were living in the house while the project was underway, Everyone at Bubbles was professional, friendly, respectful of our house, and quick to respond to any questions/issues during the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Bubbles for any plumbing job.

Sent E mail or call over the weekend. Received a call at 8:30 a.m. Monday.  Plumber arrived at 11or so, about an hour early, after asking if that was good.  Worked under the sink, no problems or glitches.  He was very experienced and communicative to even answer my questions for use and care, and gave me a couple of great tips.  Nice to have a local company in my immediate area.of Pasadena.

Everything about our experience was positive. Richard came out exactly when he said he would - gave us a very accurate estimate with absolutely no pressure to use his services and when it came to doing the work, he and his crew were completely professional and did a very good job.



Very, very good plumbing company and that's coming from a super picky client.



I'd use them again, no questions asked - honesty, integrity and professionalism are very hard traits to find these days -- Richard and his crew possess all three.

The leak caused extensive damage to the drywall in the bathroom. They had to take out the tile in the shower area to find and fix the leak. They then how to remove/replace the drywall as well and remove/replace the molding and repaint the bathroom. They did a terrific job and cleaned-up after themselves!

Bubbles was great. They showed up on time and closed the valve in our kitchen. They helped set up the pipes so that our dishwasher could be installed. Would ask them again to do another job!

Richard and his team are always very prompt and courteous. The jobs have always been completed smoothly and on time. We have had them do both indoor and outdoor electrical, replace an old water heater with a new tank-less heater (which we love!), and they have completed both minor and major plumbing for us. The major plumbing work included replacing old ceramic sewer pipes, along with old water pipes and replacing all with an upgraded system.

They did an excellent job. My only quibble was with the smoothness of the concrete.

Richard was very clear about what was involved in the gutting and rebuilding of the bathroom, including fully explaining costs. Richard oversaw all aspects of the work performed. The plumbing, electrical, painting, glasswork, and tilework are perfect! We are very happy with the results and will use Bubbles Plumbing in the future. Note about costs: I purchased fixtures, tile, cabinets, and paint, which helped keep costs down. Total cost is $16,100. The work was completed within two weeks. Richard ensured we had a working toilet the whole time, which was a tremendous help.

Note to future bathroom remodelers - lathe and plaster demolition creates a ton of dust. Advise covering all furniture (couches, beds, television, etc.) with a sheet before demo begins.

Bubbles has been doing work for us for about five years. They were recommended by our realtor and have spoiled us as far as contractors go. Richard, the owner does top notch work. He and his crew work hard, are easy company when they are in your home and will explain things in terms that make sense and are the most helpful for you to make the big decisions. They aren't the cheapest, but will absolutely stand by their work. I've recommended them to many friends and family and everyone has appreciated their service and expertise.

Richard has a major attitude. I'm not sure what has happened in the last few years, but the service is not what it once was. They did not fix the problem, and that actually added to the existing water damage. They were making excuses as to why all warranties on the work were no longer valid. Also, it's very difficult to get a hold of. Their mailbox was full for over 24 hours, and there is no other way to get a hold of them. I would never recommend these guys again.
