The Bryant Service Person showed how system was supposed to have been connected, powered, and valves installed in the first place, in addition to checking for leaks. Refrigerant was replaced and Air Conditioning unit power was upgraded with corrected connections.

Bryant air was one of the four HVAC companies that I called to get a work estimate. After two weeks when they went to look at my central AC, I still did not receive the estimate. I called 3 or 4 times before I got my estimate , And when I received it, It was from a different home! I ended using a different company for my project

The leak was diagnosed one afternoon, I was given a written estimate, and replacements were made the following day. They explained in detail what was wrong, and they even took photos of the broken system in the attic for my insurance company. The technicians worked hard all day until the job was finished. They worked around my elderly dogs, and they were polite and professional.

Perfectly. Peter, the technician, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way I understood. He outlined the pros and cons of my system, anticipated future issues and got the system ready for winter. Really, this is exactly what you want in an HVAC company.

Excellent job and puntcual

Their quote was the most reasonable and detailed. Installation was on schedule and staff were very professional. I am an engineer and I saw the installation and it was very well done. I also had it inspected by HERS testing as required by the state and city inspection by permit. All passed with excellent remarks. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company for their quality, price and professional installation.

I have had a great experience with them each time. They have always been very quick to respond and how up when they say. The time frames have always been really good. I could have found a little cheaper on the light. It was an emergency thing and I have worked with them in the past. I would use them again.

They came to maintain the air conditioner. They are very good. We've had the company. The original owners, which is Bryant the ones who installed the air conditioner when we first bought the home. That was 35-years ago. We just used that company. They replace filters. They replace stuff. They replace parts.

The price was very competitive. He did a real great job. There were three workers that completed the service. There was some additional work, so I added two days. They redid all of my ducting, which I had a bad leak up there. I wasn't getting enough ventilation and they added a nice vent for me in my back room.

Quick easy and very informative

Technician Pete arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. A condenser had burnt out and it was replaced. I signed up for their bi-annual maintenance program.

We met Matt from Bryant Heating and Air nearly four months ago when he came out (at no charge) to review the HVAC on a house we were considering buying. He was flexible with his schedule and took his time identifying issues and proposed options. And then we called him for a second, and a third home while we were trying to buy a house in the hectic L.A. market. Each time Matt came out. He was always the person we didn't need to worry about scheduling - Matt would always make time for us. So when we actually bought the fourth house he inspected, it was a no-brainer for us that we would be working with him. Matt carefully explained all the options we had and what they would mean for us. He didn't push us to buy a particular system - in fact he told us that we'd probably be ok waiting for a few months to install the new system, as the antiquated old system was still, incredibly, somewhat functional. But once we discovered that the old system was venting carbon monoxide into our house (requiring a 2k fix if we kept the old system) we knew we wanted to get it replaced. It was Matt along with our capable inspector who discovered that carbon monoxide was venting into our house, I should mention. Once we had a quote, Margie at Bryant worked on getting us scheduled. When we unexpectedly got access to the home early, she was able to have the crew get started a day earlier than planned. We had a few bumps in the road during installation, but Margie and Matt were fantastic and incredibly responsive - as soon as we called, they resolved the issue. The HVAC installation team was friendly, capable, and hard working. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the system that we've had installed and would very highly recommend working with Bryant Heating and Air to anyone we know.
