I made an appointment to come in and brought the trolley. Karen indicated that finding a strapping to match exactly the original might be hard but doable. It being close to Thanksgiving, it took a bit longer than anticipated. When I collected the trolley and brought it home, I realized that, by not leaving the tray, they could not accurately determine the height (which is based on the straps.) I nipped back to the store with the tray and they made the needed adjustments while I waited. They were professional and seemed knowledgeable with respect to antiques and restoration. I will probably use them again to repair an antique chair.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO CARE AND HAVE OUTSTANDING PIECES OF FURNITURE. THEY TAKE CARE OF IT IN MY HOUSE AND SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK IN THE NEXT DAY IF THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO COMPLETE IT. THEY REALLY CARE.

WE ENJOYED WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY VERY MUCH. A VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. WE ARE THRILLED WITH HOW OUR FURNITURE LOOKS NOW. NO ONE BELIEVES IT IS THE SAME. THE REPAIR WORK WAS GREAT. WE CAN'T TELL WHICH CORNER WAS DAMAGED. THE SECRETARY IS WONDERFUL. ALL THE DETAIL WAS BROUGHT OUT BY THE RIGHT FINISH.
