Boldridge Construction

Daniel Boldridge of Boldridge Construction was referred to me by my real estate agent. I hired him for small jobs prior to the big remodel, and liked his design ideas, attention to detail and professionalism. As many contractors do, he never tried to talk me into doing any job that wasn't warranted. So, the trust was immediately established. I hired Daniel to do a major room remodel for an add on that wasn't finished when I purchased my home. This job entailed completely remodeling an add on room that was once a porch, into a full functioning entertainment room/den. This included  redesigning the ceiling and upgrading it to wood stained beams and wood paneling, drywall, windows and door installation (and relocation), exterior stucco,  carpet removal and installation, framing and finishing of oak floors, installation and framing of new windows, redesign and wall construction and paneling, electrical additions for indoor and outdoor, and painting. Daniel and his team were always on time, very respectful of my home - working only in the designated area, and boarded the house so that I wouldn't have to move out, and dust could be contained. They worked relentlessly through the day, and always cleaned and locked up behind themselves. Daniel also helped with letting my dogs out for recreation and breaks throughout the day. I'd say he went above and beyond, was collaborative with the overall project, worked hard to finish the job in the projected timeline, and I didn't receive any last minute extra charges. All work performed was included in the actual bid. i highly recommend his services, and will be using him again for future remodel and upgrades.
