I have a wellness plan. They are inside of Petsmart. I get about $3000 worth of pet care. They are friendly and I can go to anyone. They are knowledgeable and have taken very good care of her. They have a grooming studio.

They're great with my dog and they always have appointments available when I need them. They do a great job of explaining what's going on. I'm in their HMO program so I feel like their prices are very fair. The visits are covered, the prescriptions you get at a discount.

I signed up for the convenience of going anywhere in the country. I pay a monthly fee for various services offered . I had blood work done and they recommended a procedure. I brought all my dogs health history in to keep his health records up to date and they threw them away because they don't keep paper records. If they had read and recorded my dogs health history they would have known that this procedure was completely unnecessary. I wish they wouldn't have thrown away all of my animals health history because now I have no records for him or at least they could have noted his file of the major health issues.

Brought our black lab dog in.... presenting symptoms were pain coughing severe constipation, change in appetite, plus more. Gave detailed account of the last few days and symptoms. They sold us a wellness plan and proceed to do mostly only tests covered by wellness plan. Abdominal Xrays or MRI were indicated but they just felt around her abdomen. This is like bringing a car in for a blown head gasket and having the mechanic say "well I checked the tires and put in a little air!" this place seems to be the Obamacare of the pet world. After the tests which were supposed to be done soon, we went home (with NO treatment or relief for the dog) with a promised call. They never called. I had to call and only then did they prescribe mess which it was too late to pick up because they were closing! Some caring about our dog! And they totally misdiagnosed her! She was worse today so we went to our regular "expensive" vet and she is getting proper treatment. We actually have to go to a specialty place to get emergency work done. At Banfield, we paid 180 with the plan and In the end we will have paid over 500 dollars for a bad plan and negligent service. They do not give refunds. So this was a total fail.

I always make an appointment before going because it helps keep the wait time short. They know my cat is skittish so they try to get me in a room as soon as possible. My cat was very lethargic, and they were very gentle and caring. The vet tech did the inital exam, and then the vet came in, reviewed the information and took a look at my cat. She knows my cat well because she has been seeing him since he was a kitten. She asked if there were any signs of diabetes (as my cat had this before) but the symptoms were different this time. She diagnosed a respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics. The total time I was there was less than one hour. Of course if an animal comes in with an emergency, they take care of that first. My cat is doing well and I am very happy with the care received.

Went to buy our Z/D Prescription Diet which our cat has been on for five years. We purchased it here in July after an initial check-up by the Vet. We brought our papers in in March from our previous vet but they lost them by the time July came so they could not conduct a full exam. Returned on 9/12/10 to buy another bag of Z/D but their computer indicated the prescription was for K/D, totally different and obviously a typo (our cat has allergies for which K/D has no relevance). I indicated they had a typo they said "sorry we can't do anything." How about the vet on duty? He can't do anything because there is no bloodwork on file (lost scanned papers). I said that Petsmart has a record I purchased Z/D here before but they said they can't look there. How about calling the vet who did the checkup and they responded "he is not available." Hence, our cat went without food for for a day while we searched for another business and found a vet that does not lose papers, does not prescribe the wrong and probably dangerous if not fatal prescription for our beloved cat. Incompetent and unwilling to fix their errors - in light of the circumstances, I fear for others since where there is smoke there is fire...

In regards to the price, I signed up for the Wellness Plan (~$30/month) a few years ago, so the office visit is at no additional charge. They also did his wellness check-ups today, which were part of the plan. For quality, Dr. Clough and the nurses are always very thorough and kind to my cat. They were also very responsive, and listened to my concerns. I also think it's nice that I can stay in the exam room while they are checking my cat so I can see everything they are doing and ask questions. The nurse took enough time to explain everything to me and exactly what tests would be performed. I was very happy with the actual exam. The punctuality of this office remains to be poor. Today they were approximately 30 minutes late in receiving my cat into the exam room from the appointment time, and I waited about another 15 minutes before the nurse was able to see him. The professionalism of some of the front staff is also poor. I felt very multi-tasked in going through the process of checking in and checking out. It is not a very personable environment, but it's the doctors and nurses that matter the most in my opinion. That is why I am still going to rate this hospital an A overall.

Dr. Stewart is personable, caring and provides all necessary information on what needs to be done and how much it will cost. This is a stressful situation and she is outstanding. We have more to do when the results come in, but this is an excellent pet hospital. We have been coming here for years and have been satisfied with the other vets as well. Also they are open on Sunday.

BANFIELD IS LOCATED IN PETSMART, WHICH IS CONVENIENT AND IT MAKES MY DOG MORE COMFORTABLE GOING TO THE VET. THEY'RE ALSO THE ONLY VETERINARIAN THAT I'VE FOUND THAT ALLOWED ME TO CHOOSE A FEMALE VET (MY DOG IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS MEN). THEIR PRICES AREN'T THE LOWEST, BUT THEY'RE COMPETITIVE AND THE CONVENIENCE MAKES UP FOR IT.

THE GROOMERS AT PERSMART WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT TO MY DOG. I THINK THEY ARE A GREAT JOB AND DID NOT MAKE US WAIT FOR SO LONG. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
