After remodeling the backyard I opted to update a 20+ year old pool system. A friend of mine recommended BYP. After meeting with Jack and discussing my concerns, we agreed on the type of equipment that would be installed. His suggestions, recommendations and pricing were spot on. When I spoke with various pool supply stores in the area and asked about cost and effiency, the majority gave me a handful of literature and couldn't answer some basic questions about their products. Jack listened to my concerns and made some positive suggestions. His knowledge of equipment was very impressive. A couple of months after the installation, my electric bill was reduced by about 15%. Jack was honest, efficient and very reasonable. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't change a thing! I highly recommend Backyard Pools for your pool needs.
