 + -1 moreOUR EXPERIENCE STARTED OFF FAIRLY WELL. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS CLEAN, NEAT, AND IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER. A TILED MERMAID WAS ALSO INSTALLED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL, WHICH LOOKS NICE. HOWEVER, AT THE END MY POOL WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF WITH THEIR START UP, WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. MY POOL BECAME BROWN AND LOOKED HORRIBLE. WE CALLED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FOR 3 WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. WE EVENTUALLY HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER POOL COMPANY TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS. THIS ALSO COST A LOT OF MONEY.
Description of Work: REMOVE EXISTING PLASTER, TILE, AND COPING AND REPLACE WITH NEW PLASTER, TILE, AND COPING.
