VERY PLEASANT OWNER. FRIENDLY, GOOD PRICE. INSTALLED AS PROMISED IMMEDIATELY. NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH INSTALLATION. FLOORS SQUEAK AS WE WALK ON CARPET. THE INSTALLERS SHOULD HAVE WARNED US ABOUT LOOSE WOOD THAT NEEDED TO BE NAILED IN BEFORE CARPET WAS INSTALLED.
