I have used Antrim three times and I have been very pleased with their services. They are reliable and follow-up on time.

They were excellent but they were a bit expensive.

Great experience! Alex showed up on time, was fun to deal with. He really new what he was doing. Even though this service was performed on a Saturday the price was not too outrages! Their time-and-a-half seemed reasonable to me.
I would definitely recommend Antrim's to anyone.

This is how a business should be run. Antrims is my first review because I am still so impressed. I have used them for years. The other day, I called to have them to tighten a loose dead bolt and grind down another door latch for a dead bolt had become hard to turn. They were here within an hour and fixed both doors in 10 minutes. I can't think of another company that has ever come out as a courtesy and not charged at least a service fee. I would have highly recommend this company with or without the fee. Good people.

I have used Antrim's frequently over the years at their retail shop but this was the first time I had a house-call. The repair man was prompt, neat and tidy. He fixed the problem in about an hour.

They come right out. We like everything about them. They are responsive and responsible. They have all our stuff so they know what is going on. The guy who owns it is really prompt to come. Once I made the mistake of calling someone else and I will always regret that.

He was on time and knew exactly what needed to be done in a very timely manner. Fast and efficient! Would work with them again.

Very happy with the service I received. It took a little while for them to hunt down the blank key that I needed, but well worth the wait. I definitely recommend this place, prices may not be the cheapest in town but the staff seem very knowledgeable, worth paying a bit extra for that kind of expertise.

I was very happy with the service. He came the same day, repaired the lock rather than replacing it (as I anticipated we would need to do) and was professional in every respect.

The guy was very organized and price seemed fair. He was concerned that we got what we needed. He made sure to do what we had asked and wanted. He was friendly and courteous. He got the job done in a timely manner.

Alan, the owner, came the same day I called. Ordered an extra key and he fixed the lock quickly in his van. My Medeco keys are numbered by Antrim and cannot be duplicated without a security code.

Called to make an appointment, though it did take a few days for them to call me back. Set up an appointment that was met. Within an hour the lock was working properly. The person doing the work was extremely professional, understated, and knowledgeable. Could have taken me for more, but did not. Very pleased.

THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY DID MORE THAN JUST LOCKS. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS. WE HAVE DEALT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ABOUT SEVENTEEN YEARS.

ANTRIMS HAS ALWAYS FULFILLED MY EXPECTATIONS AND DELIVERED WHAT THEY PROMISE. WHEN I NEED TO HAVE LOCK, KEY AND DOOR HARDWARE WORK, I CALL THEM. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE VERY SKILLED.

ANTRIMS IS QUITE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEIR INVENTORY IS EXTENSIVE: YOU CAN BUY ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF THAT IS RELATED TO LOCKS AND KEYS. THEY HAVE AN IMPRESSIVE ARRAY OF SAFES TO CHOOSE FROM. ANTRIMS MIGHT NOT BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE LOCKSMITH IN TOWN, BUT THE COMPANY IS CERTAINLY THE MOST RELIABLE I HAVE SEEN.
