Excellent. They called to explain the snags they had hit, gave good estimates of the amount of time it would take and when they ran out of time on the day they were looking for the part, they rescheduled for the next even though it was after 6. They were professional, did estimates on the spot, stuck with the estimate even when the part became difficult to find, and made good on their promise that they WOULD fix it, and correctly.
