This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life.
- Fri 10/2/15 - I scheduled my first ever Alhambra delivery. No one showed up. No one called.
- Mon 10/6 - I call myself and I'm promised someone will be there before 5PM. No one shows up. No one calls.
- Tues 10/7 - I call again. Again I am promised delivery before 5PM. No one shows up. No one calls.
- Wed 10/8 - Our delivery finally arrives.
- Thurs 10/9 - I realize we will need a larger order to get us through until our next regularly scheduled delivery. I place this extra order online, scheduled to be delivered on Fri 10/10.
- Fri 10/10 - No one shows up. No one calls.
- Tues 10/13 - We are now completely out of water. I call customer service. I am promised delivery before 5PM. No one shows up. No one calls.
- Wed 10/14 - Fri 10/16 - I call EVERYDAY looking for our order. Nothing ever comes.
- Mon 10/19 - Our next regularly scheduled delivery date. No one shows up. No one calls.
- Wed 10/28 - I cancel the service. They told me someone wold come by on Mon 11/2 to pick up our filter machine.
- Mon 11/2 - No one shows up. No one calls.
- Mon 11/9 - I write this review. The machine is still here. No one has ever called to reach out.
- Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. A complete waste of time and money.
