I found this company in the yellow pages. I was pleased that someone answered the phone in person and offered to schedule an in-home appointment for the next day. The technician, Chris, arrived right on time and began to work quickly to fix the problem. He had the right software tools already with him to help fix our computer. He was bright, professional and I felt comfortable having him working on our computer. I also spoke with Adam, the owner, and he was very courteous and professional, as well. It was not inexpensive at $100 per hour, but they made good use of the time, and the in-home visit saved us lots of time in taking it in for repair. Our computer is working great now.
