Most of the framing work was flawless. all of our orders came out exactly as expected except for a most valuable painting that we had framed along with a substantial order of work. this one particularly valuable piece was warped in the framing process. On 3 separate attempts to rectify the problem the store manager refused to comply with the our request to re frame and stretch the canvas. The flat stretched canvas we left behind was not flat upon delivery. It was clearly warped and it cost over $700 for the one job. On the most recent attempt to rectify the situation June 7th the manager acted like I was the trouble maker and I finally took the painting home out of complete frustration. It's a genuine gallery artist piece of a woman who resembles Bette Davis. Anyway, I feel its a shame that the store manager would allow one simple repair to cost the store a very good customer. It would have been so easy to just fix the obvious problem. On all previous store visits our customer service was excellent. I felt that I had a good rapport with all the employees. So, it was very uncomfortable to have to be so confrontative with staff members I had grown to enjoy.

THE FRAMES ARE GREAT. THEY LOOK GOOD, AND ACTUALLY FIT OUR WORK, WHICH WAS DIFFICULT FOR US TO FIND. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND WE WOULD GO THERE AGAIN.
