Tom communicated clearly from the quoting process till the end of the project. His quote was fair. This was a custom project to build a frame to install my barn doors. Tom saw my vision and included helpful adjustments of his own. We had a small hiccup with an item on back order for 2-3 months. Tom pivoted, developed an alternate plan and executed it to my approval. Tom is personable yet professional and cares about doing the project correctly and completely. I had an additional house project that the team helped to complete. I am very satisfied with the work
