Installation was fine but communication was weak. We were not told that one of us had to be home all day with the installers - so my wife had to take a day off of work. When we called to have them fix some things (following an initial inspection by the city), they just showed up the next day at 7 am without having told us a time. This was a bit surprising.

Great company. They were very responsive and efficient. This was an expensive endeavor. They agreed to discuss price to meet other bids. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest, but close enough to the other bids to make them our choice along with their good reputation. They scheduled the work within just a few days even though it was peak season. The salesman (Sal) and the installers were professional and friendly. The installers worked very hard for two days. They followed up as promised to do some minor patching. Eveything is working great. Very cool (and I mean that, of course, quite literally.)

The 2 guys were very nice, professional, and clean. They did show up on time to the appointment and I was pleased with this service provided by this company.

At first, there was a number of problems wrong with the valve. The first time it had gotten inspected, it did not pass. The inspector said that for the size of the pipe we had, we needed a bigger valve. I did call them back and they did come and fix it at no charge. As far as our heating system goes, that is all fine as can be. I have no problems or any complaints about that at all. I would have to say they did an average job and I would probably give them another shot at it though.

Reliable Energy has a good reputation in my community. They stand behind their work and treat customers well. I do not know the total price but I remember feeling like it was fair. I had a good experience with this company so I would give them my business again in the future.

This is a wonderful company. They treat their customers with a tremendous amount of respect. In my situation, the gas company paid for the work they did. I was not responsible for paying for their work for reasons I care not to divulge. I was a satisfied customer and I would give them my business in the future.

The contractors removed the old furnace and installed the new one without any mess or problems. Everything has worked just fine and it has been nearly two years since they put it in. Recently, the thermostat which controls the temperature in our house didn't work correctly. They are returning to fix the current problem free of charge. Since only the furnace was replaced they gave us a great deal.

Fantastic experience. They did excellent work, were always on time, and everything worked the first time. They completely overhauled my old central forced-air furnace system with new and efficient furnace and new duct work. They added high-efficiency central air conditioning. They added ducts and vents to tie in two rooms that had been impossible to heat before. They did neat and competent work, even though this is by nature a messy job. They cleaned up. They had adequate staff to do all the different trades. Their work was professional. The system is working well and a full month of electricity for the air conditioning during a heat wave only cost $167.
