Louis Tree Service

Work was performed on schedule and as expected at the quoted price.

The men where great and very helpful and the work was done beautiful and perfect just the way i wanted it.

Everything was fine with this service provider except that they arrived 1 1/2 hours late to do the work. That said, they did the work as described in the estimate. We only got one estimate (because none of the other companies called back) for this work, but believe the price was fair based on our experience, the amount of work involved, and from reading other reviews on Angie's list.The first time I called this company, I had to leave a message (none of the tree services we called answer their main phones, they all request messages be left). It took a while for them to call back, but when they came to do the estimate, we got a cell phone number that was answered in the future. Overall we are satisfied with the work and would use this company again as long as we had a better understanding of the schedule and when they would arrive to do the job.

I had gotten an estimate from another company that was a little lower, but that other company couldn't do the actual work for about a month after the estimate. I had gotten a notice from my home owner's association to do something about the tree, so time was of the essence.

I contacted Louis Tree service because they were relatively close by, they were insured and bonded, and they had at least one good report. I felt good about it, so I decided to give it a try. I had a little difficulty getting through to them, but I eventually made an appointment for a free estimate. They came out and gave a reasonable estimate and said they could come out the next day to do the tree removal.

The next day, they came out, and removed the tree in about an hour. I was pretty impressed at how quickly they did the work, and they actually left my yard cleaner than it was when they got here.

They are licensed, they are insured and they were very good. I would use them in the future. They cut up all the wood and left us a nice pile of fire wood and hauled everything else away. They knew what they doing. they showed up and did it. Their price was good.
