Real Estate Auctions
This has been the worst experience of my professional life. Trying to sell a house sold but he has to sign off, which he refuses to do. He says everything is good then 2 weeks later files a report listing items needing to be fixed. I hire contractors to fix them to his specifications then after the work is done he adds more. To date he has held up the sale for more than a month and cost me thousands. I WOULd never use this service! BEWARE!!!! Once this all over ( if it ever is). I'm going to have to sue him, absolutely unprofessional!
