cHe handed buying and replacing all the alliances. He brought the carpet, electrical, plumbers in to do their job after checking with us......... My children would NOT let me see the place until it was finished. It was so awful I promised I'd never go there until it was cleared up and finished it was so bad. He never made a decision without contacting my Son who handled the entire mess... and he was wonderful to work with my son and daughter claimed.
He did get a bit behind at one point....... and had to finish something else he was working on before us...... he was upset with himself.... much more than we were.
iAll in all he did a wonderful job and this fall I plan to have him work on my house. I am sure I will have a very good experience with mine as he did with the MONSTER MESS of the condo.

They are very affordable, which is one of the reasons we went with using them. They are very particular about doing things right. They try to keep their pricing within reason.

From the start the whole process went very well. Tim came and was honest and bid the cost of the job very reasonably. He brought all his own power tools and did well listening to all of our wants and needs. He was more then willing to work around our schedule and finished the job in a very timely manner. We originally had hired him to do the closets but after he finished we were so happy with had him come back to install some windows and doors for us. I will be hiring him again very soon to help with some tiling we need done.
