Top Nails & Spa

It was the worst Pedicure I have ever had...and I have one once a month. I'm new to the Paradise area so I am looking for a good place to have my pedicure's done. Unfortunately, this is NOT the place. No one spoke English. That does not normally bother me as that is typical in this business, but in this case they couldn't even understand English so the communication was very difficult. My appointment time was at 2:30p. I was about 5 minutes late (but called and informed them that I was late). They said it was ok. I was immediately greeted when I entered and shown my pedicure spa. I sat there and waited for 30 minutes before she started. She worked about 2-3 minuetes, then went back to another customer and another, before she returned to me. Then repeated that continuously throughout the pedicure. She forgot where she was. Gave me the massage before cutting, trimming or filing and pretty much never finished that process. The paint job was sloppy as she got polish all over my toes. She put some oil on my legs as the last step which smells like menthol. Icky...and I'm still smelling it 5 hours later. I was totally disappointed, especially with a $40 price tag on the pedicure. I would not return to Top Nails & Spa. They certainly are not the "top" of my list.
