The Cleaning Connection

Great. There's always someone in the office to talk to. Prompt. Gives the price up front.

I took the dress over to them. The cost was $20. I thought that it was going to $16 but it ended up being $20. I think they didn't realize when they priced it over the phone how elaborate this dress is. That is my guess because I asked over the phone. They clean beautifully. The only thing is the price; there was kind of that mix up about the price. Everything else was an A.

They did the very best that we think anybody could do. I would use them again.

They show up on time. They did a good job. I'd recommend them to anybody. You probably have the Cleaning Connection listed because I think that we got it from Angie's List.  They couldn't...we have an old cat that throws up. They called first, like the day before to double check, to make sure it's the right thing. Then they show up on time and they get right to work. I should give them all A's  because they just were really a fine company to deal with.

Scheduling was responsive to my desire for service within two days, and called me back promptly when they found a cancellation or someway to make it happen.  Service was next day, operator called me prior to appointment and made it to house early within the window of the appointment start time.  Operator was professional in all regards.

I would highly recommend this company. They do rugs as well as carpets. They have done a really good job, and I'm very happy with them. Last year I spilled a bottle of nail varnish on my chair and on my rug. They came out and were able to get all my nail polish off: they cleaned the chair and they cleaned the rug and it looked like new. So they are my heroes! We have used them to clean furniture and clean rugs and they've always done a really good job. They ended up having to clean all of the chair and the rug, because by the time they had cleaned part of them, it really showed. I remember thinking the price they charged was very fair. It didn't seem like it was much more than a regular chair and rug clean.

After using another cleaning company to clean our carpets and them having to come back 3 times to redo it, we hired Mike from cleaning connection. We were almost to the point of having to purchase new carpet after the prior cleaner had totally ruined it. We didn't think that it would ever come clean again!! Mike, who is the owner of cleaning connection came out and made our carpet look new again. He was so professional and pleasant. He gave us a written estimate before he did the job. Our carpet dried in no time and he even came back a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with the job. I was so happy we didn't have to replace the carpet. Thank god for Mike at the cleaning connection. He has very high tech/quality equipment and a great work ethic.

We liked them a lot. They are very prompt and very efficient. They do a beautiful job of cleaning the rugs. The really important thing is that the rugs are quite dry when they are finished; they don't leave a wet soggy rug that takes three days to dry, usually by the next day everything is pretty much ready to live in again. They are very good at removing pet stains and taking care of traffic areas. The price was reasonable.

I was there and I liked the work. It went very well, I think they did a good job and the carpets looked very good after wards and dried in a reasonable amount of time meaning they didn't use too much moisture. The workman was pleasant and polite. The service was good. It was about 30 miles from their business and they did not charge extra for driving there. I'm going to have them come and clean my carpets because I liked them that much.
