After being told last year that we needed a new unit by a not so honest company, we hired Sierra heating & A/C. Yesterday our unit stopped working and we called Sierra. They came out same day and evaluated the unit and found a part that had gone bad. They replaced the part quickly and told us that we do NOT need a new heating & AC unit. They told us that our unit will last for a long time to come. They also showed us how the bad part was bad and explained everything in detail. I am so happy to find that there are honest business people still left in the world!!

They have been a little less than satisfactory. I have issues that have been left unresolved. Their price are a bit on the high end.
