Description of Work: He has done some tile work. He has done some building trim work and he has also put in a new front door for me. He totaly rebuild my neighbors house and a he is also rebuilding my friend's garage workshop and they are all happy with his work. I am about to use him again for another door.

Description of Work: Charlie Burke completed some tile work that I had started but got too messy for me. No matter what he is doing, he is a perfectionist and his work is perfect. He's done much work for me in the past and I have absolutely have not one complaint when it comes to the job which he does.

 + -1 moreAs I've reported before, Charlie Burke, the owner of The Remodeling Company does meticulous work and this project was no different. The deck looks wonderful and is well protected from the elements. Applying the finish to the uprights was certainly drudgery but that was also completed with the same attention to detail as the rest of the work. I am completely satisfied with this project. As an aside, it should be noted that working with Charlie Burke is enjoyable as he is consistently good natured and always smiling.
Description of Work: Complete refinishing of the deck on the back of my house which included applying an oil coat on the underside first to help prevent mildew. The deck and railings were then completely pressure washed and left to dry, then finish was applied to the deck itself as well as to approximately 200 vertical 1 1/2" square uprights.

 + -1 moreCharlie's meticulous in his work. I could not be more satisfied with the roof work and the painting. My house has never looked this handsome. As an aside, just before he started his work, I had surgery that required the use of a walker and Charlie checked in with me two or three times a day just to be sure I was O.K.
Description of Work: When requiring a new roof, there was carpentry work because of rot that needed to be done above and beyond what the roofers could do. Charlie Burke performed the carpentry work completely and efficiently, then when the roof was complete, he repainted all the extensive trim on my home including under the eaves, which in some places are about 20 feet above the ground. It was a long and difficult process.
