Paradise Tree Service

The man came out with three other men to take the tree down.  They dismantled a wooden decorative screen for my back yard and set it against my garage door and did not replace it.  We had a storm a few nights later and the screen ended up causing damaging the roof of my car.  He tried to make it right and told me to cancel the payment I had given him.  I just told him to deduct the amount of my deductible for my insurance and that is what we ended up doing.  I probably would not go with this provider again because I did not ask him to remove the screen and this occured.  I did get a beautiful new hood for my car, but I am not looking forward to seeing how much my insurance goes up because of the claim. I would have given then a B or a C grade because the work was good, but because of the accident that required the grade I gave them.  He did get very upset because of the accident, because he did take responsibility for tha accident and wanted to make it right.

Have had Ron do tree work several times. Very likeable person, If a job isn't quite complete (i.e., large tree stumps left over awaiting fnal clearing) does not return. Makes promises on phone, doesn't keep promises.Says he will come to make estimate or finish previous job, does not show.
