Roofing
He sent an estimate to my insurance company quoting approximately $4000.00. He came out and only patched the roof, not putting on a new roof. My roof is now leaking and he will not return to complete the work. I have called and called to complete the job and he gives me an appointment, but will not come out. He is now not answering the phone.
