They did great. The fan was done sooner than they said it was going to be and gave me a list of other problems to bring to the attention of my bosses. A leaky oil pan, a torn Axle boot and a bad evap filter (sensor ? I don't remember) and a few minor problems with the radiator that was installed incorrectly by someone else. They charged less than the other place we took it to for an estimate would have. They took the time to look at the axle and determine weather or not it needed a new one or just the boot( saving us almost $50 and charging less than half the labor time as well). Even with the oil pan gasket replacement they went the extra mile by cleaning the outside of it and the surrounding arias. Not just slapping on a new gasket and calling it good like some of the other places do. And with the check engine light issue, witch turned out to be an evap leak, they did a whole lot more that the last two places we took it to. Instead of just clearing the code and sending us on our way like the place in Chico we took it to the first time did and charging a hour labor for it did only for it to come back on 2-3 weeks later. Or just clearing the code and replacing the gas cap and charging a hour labor for it like the other place we took it to in town did only for it come back on again( and then when called to ask why it came back on being to there was nothing more they could do, that it had to be taken somewhere else because they didn't have the equipment to check it out properly and find where it was leaking from). This place was able to find where the problem was and FIX IT, not just make the light turn off. Or charge us for changing out parts that did not fix it. I will definitely be bringing all my work vehicles to them in the future. And I will also be taking my personal car to them as well.
