Although the cost was a bit high, a certified technician competently performed all services. Everyone I met at Burkett's was really nice. The staff are honest and reliable, and they look after you as if you were part of the family. Also--unlike some dealers--they will not recommend unnecessary services. I expect to remain a Burkett's customer for as long as I live in the Paradise area.

Our 20-year-old Chevy pickup was overheating on hill up to Paradise from Chico. Being new to area and not knowing any repair shops, we looked and found Burkett's Automotive on Angie's List. We were told they could work on it the next morning, but okay to drop off same day if that was more convenient for us. Next morning they did diagnostic and found the radiator cap did not hold pressure, and the fan clutch was not locking up properly. They also tried flushing radiator but it had blockage which did not clear. They then consulted with us regarding replacement of radiator, which was approved, as we were already pretty sure we needed to do that for a 20-year-old radiator. We picked up our vehicle the following day and have had no further overheating problems.
