All inspections include photo documentation at the areas of concern, as well as moisture level documentation when accessible. We also provide post remediation clearance testing. We are experts in our field! We will always do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular inspection. We never do remediation ourselves so you can rely on us to be a neutral 3rd party expert when it comes to analyzing post remediation work. Walter was very knowledgeable, very thorough in his inspection of our home, took clear pictures of areas with mold, and his report was written well with air samples, photos, and swab results connected with each area in the home that was in question. Walter himself was very pleasant and safe . I would feel safe having him come to my home if I was a single woman! We recommend highly him.
