The company went dark last week (20th of March 2014). They have a automatic top off of your account to continue service without a contract. Each person can set up the amount of money to be topped off to maintain service. My account needed to be topped off. I called three times trying to reach customer service. I got voice mail to leave a message and they would get back to me within 24-72 hours. Their posted hours of operation on their web site is M-S 7-4 and closed Sunday. A week later they sent an email saying they had topped off my account, but no explaniation why it took a week to respond. I am a university professor and teach on line. I cannot wait a week to communicate with my students. When customer support did not respond I had to go to Walmart and purchase a Straight Talk Hot Spot for $78 + tax to communicate with my students. I have sent a letter of complaint to the company but based on their poor customer service I don't really expect an answer. The company provides reasonable service for people like me who travel but need a secure internet connection. The prices are a little on the high side but not unreasonable, especially when there is no contract involved. The problem is that the company drops service and provides no fast service to resolve issues.
