 + -1 moreRoofer did not complete job, but asked for payment in full. Would not have know job was incomplete until asked another roofer to replace part of sloped roof as discussed by Specialaty Roofing, but he "forgot". Contractor wanted to finish job by patching mistakes, after admitting that roof was not finished properly. Now he states that he "will continue work to complete job". I could not recommend this roofer-has two addresses-one at Mailbox International on Topanga Canyon Blvd., another at 14647 Titus in Panorama City-same phone #-reported to State Contractors Licensing Board-waiting for answer.
