Nothing was fixed. The gentleman that came went back and forth from our roof to the controller, said he replaced the capacitor and that everything was fixed. NOTHING was. I did this through a home warranty company. Why they would ever higher this contractor is beyond me. They are HORRIBLE. They were issued 2 recalls through the company and simply kept telling me no one was available.

American Home Shield sent this company out on November 30, 2012. After multiple service calls back over the past month, the gas furnace is still not working. On the last visit, two days ago, the technician said the board needed to be replaced and that I would be called when they had it to schedule the appointment. Today I found out that the company is saying that they fixed the furnace and reported that to the home warranty company. I suspect both companies of fraud. I would have been better off not using my warranty at all. I actually paid much more than the $60 service fee because I had to purchase two electric space heaters and run them for a month. I'm paying out of pocket for the repairs with another company.

This company came out 3 times and said it was first the computer board then no that was ok.  Yes, it is an electrical problem!  We hired another company who came out and fixed it immediately.

Never came.

This was terrible.  They came out on time, but otherwise it was all downhill.  The estimator actually made my system worse by disconnecting a duct.  He never inspected the unit on the roof and missed other issues. He told the warranty company that someone had stepped on the duct and so it wasn't covered.  He was the guy who stepped on the duct. Now, even though I paid him $60 for the service call, I am getting bills for $40 and he is claiming I paid only $20. I have the cancelled check.  So I got no estimate, a more broken system and a billing hassle. Stay away!

E & A Mechanical Inc. was terrible. They came out 3 times and did not finish the job. I finished the job myself. We saw 3 different employees and only one of them knew what they were doing.
