SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, STARTED PROJECT BY POWER WASHING HOUSE, THEN PERFORMED EXTENSIVE PREPARATION OF ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF HOUSE. SANDED, PATCHED, AND PAINTED THE EXTERIOR WITH TWO COATS OF PAINT. THEY SEALED AREAS THAT REQUIRED IT AND SUGGESTED AND APPLIED THREE COATS OF PAINT WHERE IT WAS WARRANTED DUE TO PRESENCE OF SALT IN THE AIR. ALSO SANDED AND REPAIRED WROUGHT IRON RAILINGS.
PERFORMED EXTENSIVE REPAIRS ON FENCING (TERMITE AND DRYROT DAMAGE) AND PAINTED. THEY TOOK SPECIAL CARE WITH DECORATIVE STONE WORK.
THESE FOLKS PERFORMED ADMIRABLY WITH THE PAINTING AND PREPARATORY WORK. THEY REALLY DIFFERENTIATE THEMSELVES WITH THE REPAIR AND PREPARATION WORK WHICH INCLUDED ELECTRICAL WORK AND DEALING WITH THE DOOR AND WINDOW HARDWARE AND WEATHERSTRIPPING.
THERE ARE NO DON'TS. THESE FOLKS ARE PROFESSIONAL TO AN ULTIMATE DEGREE AND DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE AND CONTRACT FOR. THEY MADE EVERY ATTEMPT TO ASSURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AT EVERY PHASE OF THE PROJECT WHICH WAS EXTENSIVE AND TOOK OVER 4 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

They did great work. From the standpoint of dealing with contractors they were the best. They showed up early in the morning and would work till 5 or so that night. They were very reliable. We were very pleased with their service. Once they started the job, they would work 5 or 6 days a week till it was finished. They did just our job without coming and going or working a half day here and there.

Roger, the owner is very knowledgable and experienced, gives all estimates. All work is described in detail in the written contract.
Work was completed pretty much to my schedule. The work is high quality, and they are very interested in making the client happy.

The basic painting and refinishing of the dry wall went well. The refinishing of the cabinetry was rushed and sloppy as they did the work on cloudy days and did not have appropriate floodlamps. I was also surprised to learn that although it is indicated this company takes credit cards - when it came time to pay I was hawked for a check and told 'we haven't take credit cards for years'.

"Regarding the complaint about the refinishing of the cabinetry, the customer was complaining about drips LITERALLY while the cabinets were being painted....not drips on the ground but drips that naturally and always occur and WERE NOT drips in dry paint or drips that were left there sloppily as she implies. What she failed to mention is that her 'new roommates' bathroom was painted and she was instructed not to use the bathroom for 24 hours to allow the paint to properly dry. We were later called back and had discovered that the (2) coats of semi-gloss on the walls had 'flattened out'. This kind of damage occurs when exposed to steam or water condensation before it is dry. We repainted the bathroom at no extra cost and no questions asked. Regarding the complaint about the credit cards this is appears to be a complete misunderstanding. We currently accept credit cards and always have. Please look at our website and the portfolio of work we have done. We also can provide a long customer reference list upon request. We guarantee all work and have over 40 years of experience."

Crew arrived promptly each morning and painted to 5 pm each day. Layed down paper and plastic in rooms to avoid soiling carpet, tile. etc. VERY CONSCIENCE! EXTRAORDINARYLY RESPONSIBLE! The artist for the faux finish, Stacy, is amazing. Roger oversaw each day the work and William lead a dedicated crew. All concerns were fully addressed to our satisfaction. Long days were the rule, and the job was completed in under the estimated time. We added a few tasks to the original estimate after we saw the top notch standard this company demonstrates. Preparation is a strength and the quality of work and materials left us with an exceptional experience and a home makeover. Angie's list only allows a few pics-the pics of before and after tell the real story. This has made a huge difference in our home

Roger and his team did and outstanding job. They arrived on time each day, cleaned up after work each day, were very friendly and went the extra mile for us. The quality of work was outstanding, his artist was, first rate. Roger was more expensive, than other painters, but in this case, you get what you pay for. Roger the owner was on site, each day making sure his crew knew what to do and advising them.
