+ 10 moreThe attention to detail was amazing, and I feel I got below market pricing on the work. Their lead contractor brought new ideas into the design, helping me pick out finishes, and bringing a vision and custom finish to my home that every one who walks in my home comments on. They actually took the time to go price materials to keep the cost down, and passed the savings along to me. This is a company that operates with integrity, does amazing finish work for a great price in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: PV Old World Construction remodeled my entire house. We brought the kitchen from the first floor to the second floor, pretty much taking it down to the studs, removed a bedroom on the second floor, vaulted the ceilings, and remodeled both bathrooms with stone. I wanted all of the beams to look like driftwood, and they did an amazing job hand distressing the beams and white washing them. They built and installed a custom kitchen with granite countertops on the outside cabinets and butcher block on the island, and a distressed bead board back splash. The guest bath we installed a new vanity with marble top, raised the ceiling to do a coffer ceiling, and did all stone floors and surround. The master bath we ripped out the walk in closet, opening up the space, put a subway carrera marble on all of the walls, a basket weave carrera marble on the floor, jacuzzi tub, steam shower w rain head, and converted an old dresser into the dual sink vanity. We got rid of the old door, and installed pocket doors. Also they put can lights in the entire house, creating a new lighting plan.
