Company says will file small court claim for $160 for July invoice since I notified them some time in July (I do not remember when) to cancel service. There was little or no work actually done during that month, or for several months preceding because the lawn was dead, as the sprinkler system had been decommissioned because of a remodel. Prior work never adequately conformed to an oral agreement to perform landscape maintenance, as opposed to only mowing the lawn.
