+ -1 moreJust great. Teri is responsible for the setup of almost every B sendorfer piano that comes to Los Angeles, including my 290 Imperial. She's truly an artist.
Description of Work: Tuning, installation of Dampp-Chaser, minor regulation and voicing.

+ -1 moreI told the previous tuner that I had to strike certain keys with extra force to get any sound out of them. The first time he said changes in humidity can cause keys to stick and there was nothing to do about it. Another time he sent a friend to restring all the hammers, to the tune ;-) of $400, but it did no good. Teri immediately saw that the hammer springs were broken on 8 keys. She ordered new flanges that hold the springs and installed them. No more sticky keys!
Description of Work: Teri not only tuned my Yamaha upright, she diagnosed and fixed the problem with my "sticky" keys.
