Couldn’t have gone worse

I called around 7 am thinking that I would leave a message that we were not getting water from our well. Much to my surprise somebody, the owner and his brother, whose name I cannot remember answered and took all the information that I was able to give about our situation. 8:00 am. Their truck pulled into our driveway, I greet them, and point them in the direction of the well site. A short while later one of the technicians informed me that the switch was good and so they would check the controller box next. Once again a short while later I hear water working in the pipes under the house. By 8:45 am the problem had been corrected. The technicians show me the bad component. While one of the technicians was writing up the bill the other technician and I talked until it was time for me to go to work. I have used this company once before and was just as happy then as I am now. I would highly recommend Dearman Pump to anyone needing pump or well service.
