They are fabulous.  Careful, thorough, pleasant.

They are a reputable company that we trust. The prices are a little expensive. They are good and have a great reputation.

I called The Maids in Redwood City (650-364-8444) on Tuesday to request a deep clean of my home before the arrival of houseguests. (When I called the number on Angie's List, I was referred to the Redwood City Office). The office quoted an hourly rate for a team of three cleaners ($112/hour for three cleaners) and scheduled a 9:00 a.m. Thursday appointment.

Maria, Letitia, and Gabriella arrived Thursday morning, we did a walk-through, and they were very pleasant. They told me how long they thought the job would take (3 1/2 to 4 hours). They brought their own eco-friendly products and thoroughly cleaned three and a half bathrooms (one of which had some really grimy bathtub tiles), the kitchen (inside oven, counters, sink, under sink, stovetop, microwave, etc), mopped hardwood floors throughout the house, vacuumed rugs, made beds, cleaned floor-to-ceiling windows (the windows are a big job and I was impressed when I saw Gabriella even cleaning the outside of the windows), vacuumed sofas and chairs, mopped stairs, cleaned out two fireplaces (I wasn't sure they would be able to do this, but Letitia said no problem and got our awful-looking fireplaces presentable), and more.

 I was out, so they called me when they were finished to let me know they had finished the job. (Note about the C rating on punctuality: the team arrived late, but almost everyone who comes to my house gets lost on the way, so it wasn't a big deal. I called the office and they were apologetic and called the team to see when they would arrive.)

I will definitely call The Maids again and request Maria, Gabriella, and Letitia!

I loved the convenience of getting an hourly rate on the phone rather than having to schedule an estimate and then schedule the cleaning at a later date. I would especially recommend the service to someone who needs a cleaning done right away for a party or move.

They have been fine. They are thorough and are willing to come back and clean anything that I find that they missed. They are always on time and I think their prices are reasonable.

3 ladies arrived on time and finished in 2 and a half hours.

Showed up on time, worked hard, and we have now scheduled them for weekly cleaning.

I like that they are bonded and insured. Their service is excellent and their prices are fair. I have been very happy with them the time I have used them. They pay great attention to detail by getting even the ceiling fans clean.

They stayed 2 1/2 hours to finish the work. There was a price mix-up, so it was more expensive that I expected. Since it was a first time, I didn't mind much and I liked the work they did.

I was so pleased with their service that I hired them to come out every other Saturday to clean my apartment. They did give me a discount for singing a service agreement. There were 3 people doing the work and it took them about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I thought they were good, and they cleaned very thoroughly. I believe their prices are a little high. I would hire them again if they lowered their prices.

They do a very nice job, and come in once a month to clean my home. I have never been upset nor disappointed with there services. I have a four bedroom home, and they do a great job. I never have to ask them to do much they do an excellent job the first time.
