I am normally not writing reviews but this was one of my worst experiences ever: Short version: Even having financing secured does not mean you get solar! After signing up with Tesla I am now back to square one. Poor customer representation - be aware they do not care or listen! after financing was approved then withdrawn 3 months later I offered to pay cash 3 times if they show some awareness of their screw ups and show me some good will. Nothing! Now I start from scratch again and lost a year of Solar energy! Long version: In February we started the process and by May financing through TESLA intermediary etc was all set and we waited for permissions etc. Come end of August I get a letter from the Tesla CU that I am not credit worthy. From then on everything went downhill - the sales representative disappeared (never answered email or phone), after calling the customer service the advise was given to keep my install, that my reps work **** ** it. Nobody contacted me back despite asking for a supervisor of the sales team. Come installation date nobody showed. Called again and oh yes somebody will get back to me (never did) Last person (Jeff) finally got back to me and graciously agreed that I can pay cash but no rebate for all the pain. I cancelled and will have to start again! If you want to go with them here in CO make sure you do not get Jason Humphries as rep!!!
