 + -1 moreStan is a very skilled and honest agent. He recommended the listing price and we listened. He did his homework. Even though a couple of people said "Oh, you can get more", he suggested a realistic price that allowed us to sell the house in a couple of months, rather than aim too high and not sell. He was always available to chat and very pleasant and patient. Friends that went to our open houses agreed that he could not have been a better salesman and knew everything about the house. He is a master of negotiation when the offers come in. We felt so safe and well-cared for that we recommend him to everyone we know.
Description of Work: Stan was the listing agent for our home. He assisted us in deciding upon best asking price. He suggested cosmetic changes, and suggested we use a stager. He held multiple open houses. He gave us full reports on each of them and kept us updated on other interest in our home. Was always available when we needed him. He helped in the sales negotiation.
