Service Plus Maintenance and Repair

Was recommended by neighbor via NextDoor. He was very responsive by email, was willing to help in short notice and gave a reasonable estimate. Showed up on time. Very professional and pleasant. Did work in a very efficient manner. Doing several things at once to minimize my cost and time. I found two other things that needed to be done but didn't have parts. Rather than bill me for time to go get the parts, he said he had to go to Home Depot anyway later that day and he would return to our place the next day. He didn't charge me anymore time than necessary and for all the jobs, it was only 1.5 h. Will definitely use his handyman service in the future. Very professional, very reasonable, punctual and honest.
