Matt Rowe is efficient honest and knows what he is doing. We were told we needed a new timer box and new wiring by another company who could not repair the problem. He was prompt with the job and did exactly what he said he was going to do. His work was clean and efficient and I'd recommend his services to others.

Although I am very unhappy with this vendor, I can't completely fail him because he did come promptly to fix my irrigation problem (and his prices were fairly reasonable).BUT, he only did part of the job. He said flat out he didn't want to take the time to trouble-shoot and fix whatever else might be keeping my sprinkler system from working. I asked him if he had checked the actual sprinkler valves (rather than just he control box). He hadn't. After WE checked the valve location it became immediately clear what the problem was. Still, he didn't want to fix it and I needed to call in someone else to finish the job. I also found Matt difficult to work with. He's impatient and condescending. I would never work with him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone else. Unless of course you have a straight-forward job that doesn't require trouble-shooting. Oh, and you can't have dogs either. And not more than one gate in your yard. No stairs either. (Yes, he actually complained about all of these things).

He is very responsive. Scheduling the work is sometimes difficult depending on the season. He shows up ontime. He cleans up after himself. He also follows up on his work.

MATT DID A BRIEF INSPECTION AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. HE BROUGHT TWO OTHER WORKERS WHO WERE COMPETENT. MATT DID A GOOD JOB, BUT HE DIDN'T DO A COUPLE OF THINGS I ASKED FOR. I JUST FELT IT WAS A LITTLE SLOPPY. HE'S A REALLY NICE GUY AND VERY COURTEOUS. I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM AGAIN, THOUGH...

Most knowledgeable landscaper we have ever had. We have 1 acre, and needed lots of work. His price was fair. Did not charge for lots of time spent.
