The service tech was exceptional. My unit is a 30 year old HVAC system. Spare parts are challenging. He made it all work.

From the time of my phone call to my heater being fixed was less than three hours. Fast, friendly, affordable. I could not ask for more. Thank you Javier for getting my heater back up and running so quickly.

Came out the same day. Explained what needed to be done and part required, to be installed the next day. Texted me so I knew when he was coming (including early). Gave a fair price and left me with heat.

Javier is an honest, reliable, and professional. Quickly assessed the problem; provided me all the options and reasons behind each. He was on time and even more importantly will let you know when or if he believes he is running late. Very responsive as well. Also, his prices or fees are reasonable. He contacted me quickly on a cold and busy Sunday afternoon within a very short time of my request for help with my furnace that had just quit working. He was at my home within 30 minutes; diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour of arrival. His warm and friendly, professional manner gave me confidence regarding my personal trust in him. I paid what I considered a fair and reasonable price for quality service (and parts) - just as he quoted me over the phone - but actually less than I expected. Javier responded to my request very quickly. He was available and at my house in 40 minutes! He did the furnace inspection and maintenance, as requested. We have a new Nest thermostat and he went the extra mile to make sure it was working properly. Javier is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Javier was very knowledgeable about our floor gas furnace which is actually installed in the crawlspace. We had a pilot light but could not get gas to it to light up and heat. He was the 3rd repair man who we called and the only one who knew about the reset button on the furnace!! He reset it and the furnace has worked perfectly since.

Javier was great, very knowledgeable gave us advise on our heating system and on a upcoming AC instl project. and he can schedule his time other than the normal 8-5 which is great when you can't get away form work. The thermostat control just needed new batteries but he check out the heating system to make sure every thing was working properly. I will be sure to call him when it is time to out in our AC

Javier is one of the most professional heating and A/C suppliers I have ever dealt with. He found a way to install A/C in our home with our home, originally built in the late 40's. I had several contractors bid the job but I could tell most were just looking for a quick flip and they were not concerned about the final product. From the time of bid and throughout the project, Javier listened to my concerns and brought issues to my attention that were important. It was a complex and difficult job to retrofit my house for two central heat pump (a/c) systems. Javier not only made the systems work, and work well, but he made everything look like it was built-in when the house was constructed.
