 + -1 moreThe customer service rep who took the order was courteous. All of the furniture (except the dining table which required home delivery) came within a week via UPS. The dining table arrived within 10 days. I'm very happy with the order experience and the quality of their dining furniture.

 + -1 moreOverall, we had a good experience purchasing a sofa and loveseat from Pottery Barn. Their furniture, while expensive, seems to be well-made, and we like the styling. Also, in checking Craig's list and other second-hand places, it seems that the Pottery Barn brand is in demand and carries a premium. Delivery, while long, was as promised when we placed the order. I had a 10% new-movers coupon that they sent us in the mail.
